Trailhead Alert: Pine Road Closure – October 6–9: Please be advised that the Town of New Paltz Highway Department will close Pine Road from Tuesday, October 6 through Friday, October 9 for roadway and shoulder work.

During the closure, access to the River-to-Ridge Trail along Pine Road will be restricted. The Ridgeview, Lenape Lane, and White Oak Bend carriage road areas will remain accessible.

Visitors should follow posted closures and avoid the Pine Road work area during this period. Thank you for your cooperation.

Visitor Alert: Recent storms may have impacted conditions on some trails at Mohonk Preserve.

Before you head out, please be aware that recent storms may have created trail hazards, including downed trees, ruts, and areas of standing water. If you encounter a downed tree on the trail, we’d appreciate your help in reporting it to the Visitor Center so our staff can respond as quickly as possible.
