About the Event

The annual Rock and Snow Bridge 2 Bridge Five Mile Run is organized by Mohonk Preserve with support from the Shawangunk Runners. All proceeds benefit Mohonk Preserve and its mission to protecting the beautiful Shawangunk Mountains region and promoting a wider understanding of the environment and its role in our lives.

Throughout the year Mohonk Preserve produces other running events such as Rock The Ridge, a 50-mile endurance challenge in May.

Registered participants receive:

A great-looking commemorative T-shirt
Access to 2 water stops on course

Mohonk Preserve’s Spring Farm Trailhead on Upper 27 Knolls Road (off Mohonk Road) in High Falls, NY.

Course
The Rock and Snow Bridge 2 Bridge course offers a rare chance to race on some of the most extraordinary running trails in the U.S., with five miles of gently rolling carriage roads. Click here to see a map of the Bridge 2 Bridge course.

Run Information
All participants receive a T-shirt and will enjoy refreshments after the run.

Prizes
This is a chip-timed event. Awards are given to the top overall finishers by gender and to the top three finishers in ten-year age categories. Awards include delicious apple pies, annual memberships to Mohonk Preserve, or free race entries to Shawangunk Runner events.
