Mohonk Preserve Expands Healthy Ulster Program in 2026 to Five Hudson Valley Counties: Connecting Our Neighbors to Nature
Mohonk Preserve invites Hudson Valley neighbors from Ulster, Orange, Dutchess, Columbia and Greene Counties to sign up for a free six-week membership pass during the new Healthy Hudson Valley Pass Program, formerly Healthy Ulster.
New this year includes an online registration option available from Monday, March 16 to Sunday, March 22 where visitors can get immediate access to the Preserve with a digital membership pass.
In-person registration and physical passes are also available at the Preserve’s Visitor Center, located at 3197 State Rte. 44/55, Gardiner, NY 12525, from 9 am to 6 pm Friday, March 20 to Sunday, March 22.
The passes will be valid through April 30. Children 15 and under are always free with an accompanying adult passholder and do not require a separate pass. One adult can pick up passes in person for a maximum of four passes per household. Proof of residency is required. Available to current non-members only, while supplies last!
Previously known as the Healthy Ulster Pass Program, for 15 years the Preserve has distributed over 60,000 free passes to Ulster County residents during the organization’s annual Healthy Ulster events. Mohonk Preserve is excited to expand this free pass program to more Hudson Valley residents to explore and enjoy the natural world.
The passes will be valid until April 30, 2026.
