We’re excited to share that Mohonk Preserve is launching a new digital system to better serve our members, donors and visitors. This upgraded platform will make it easier than ever to stay connected with the Preserve and engage with the programs, events and conservation efforts you care about most.

Half Moon Hike
Take a walk along the carriage roads at dusk to discover who prowls in the dark! Join a Mohonk Preserve Educator to test your night vision and learn about nocturnal animals. This program is 100% outside, so dress for the weather. Bring a flashlight or headlamp with a red filter if you have one. Children age 5 and up are welcome and must always be accompanied by a registered adult. This is a free program for members. Non–members pay the $15 day use fee at the trailhead (children under the age of 16 are free). Space is limited and registration is required.
