Thursday Tales at Ten: Story Time at Mohonk Preserve – Animals in Winter

This winter, explore the outdoors with your little one at Mohonk Preserve! Come dressed for some outside time to learn about napping animals, build winter shelters, look for animal tracks in the snow, and more. Each program will include a nature-themed story and outside activity. This program is for children ages 2-5 with their caregiver. Registration is required for children and adults, and children must always be accompanied by an adult. After the story time, families are encouraged to explore the Visitor Center and check out the Kids’ Corner, Children’s Forest and J&S Grafton Sensory Trail. Mohonk Preserve reserves the right to cancel in inclement weather. Please call (845-255-0919) after 9 a.m. on Thursdays and ask the front desk about the status of the program.
