African Drumming Workshop

This February, celebrate Black History Month with Kazi Oliver, African drummer extraordinaire, for an introduction to several different kinds of African drums and a hands-on interactive experience. Learn about the drums, how they are played, and join in song and music making. All ages can join us for a memorable experience!
Kazi has been teaching and performing for four decades, reaching audiences through community festivals, at school events, and through national television appearances sharing the awesome power of the African drum.
This is a free program (suggested $10 donation to support future multicultural and educational programming).
