GARDINER – Mohonk Preserve seeks volunteers to participate in the pilot season of the Mohonk Preserve Foothills Phenology Project this spring.
An initial training for the program will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the Mohonk Preserve Visitor Center.
Phenology is the study of seasonal and cyclical changes in plants and animals, such as the flowering of plants, the emergence of insects, or the migration of birds.
