Never has the saying "to each his own" been more pertinent than when discussing ways to keep fit and healthy. Many self-driven enthusiasts enjoy working up a solitary sweat; just them and their trusty ear buds, jogging on the treadmill or rhythmically spewing sweat in all directions from the elliptical. Others, more socially inclined might opt for a kickboxing or Zumba class.
