Never has the saying "to each his own" been more pertinent than when discussing ways to keep fit and healthy. Many self-driven enthusiasts enjoy working up a solitary sweat; just them and their trusty ear buds, jogging on the treadmill or rhythmically spewing sweat in all directions from the elliptical. Others, more socially inclined might opt for a kickboxing or Zumba class. The good thing about taking a fitness class is that in addition to being fun, a group setting makes it harder to ditch your workout half way through.  See full article.
